Watertown -- A Loss Prevention Officer at the Burlington Coat Factory in the Salmon Run Mall put an end to an alleged Sunday afternoon shoplifting spree.

Sheriff's Deputies say 28 year old Kashuana Thomas of Leray was confronted and held by the store security at Burlington Coat Factory. During the investigation, police discovered Thomas did not pay for items she took from four separate stores located in the mall. She was arrested for possession of Stolen property after police found numerous items she had also taken from Claire's Boutique, Aeropostale and the Children's Place.

Thomas was also charged with 8 counts of endangering the Welfare of a Child after investigators determined she had committed the Petit Larcenies in the presence of her 6 and 1 year old daughters.
