The Real Heroes Breakfast reflects nominations in the tri-county areas (Jefferson, St. Lawrence, and Lewis). “The selection process is pretty simple, nomination forms are sent to businesses, non-profit, schools, hospitals, military and etc”, said chapter Executive, Jane Gendron.
