Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- A Black River man is facing several charges, including threatening to throw a woman over a Watertown bridge Wednesday.

Twenty two year old Ramsey Towles of Rt. 3 is alleged to have threatened Kimberly Pound of Watertown, by pushing her up against and partially over the railing of the Mill St. Bridge, and verbally threatening to throw her over.

He's also accused of grabbing another woman's breasts along the 200 block of East Main St. just minutes earlier. Towles is charged with first degree reckless endangerment, first degree unlawful imprisonment, forcible touching, and second degree harassment.

Towles has a long history with local law enforcement, last year he was arrested at the Thompson Park Public Swimming pool after he was alleged to have masturbated in a public shower. In 2009 Towles was arrested for burglary after a homeowner caught him trying to rifle through a freezer. He was also arrested for Trespassing in 2008.
