Blood alcohol 4 times the legal limit; Edwards man charged with aggravated DWI
An Edwards man is facing a count of aggravated DWI following an arrest by State Police, who say the suspect had a BAC over four times the legal limit. Forty five year old Terry Holly was pulled over by police for having inadequate tail lights in the Town of Edwards. Authorities allege he had a BAC of .33%. The legal limit in New York State is .08%. Holly was ticketed for a felony count of Aggravated DWI and given an appearance ticket.
