Canton man arrested after he allegedly choked his ex-girlfriend
Canton (WTNY) -- A Canton man is facing charges for allegedly choking his ex-girlfriend during an argument.
Twenty three year old Randy Guyette is alleged to have become involved in a dispute with the woman late Tuesday at her home on Rt. 11 in the Canton. Guyette is said to have become physical, shoving her several times and choking her. He also refused her requests to leave. Guyette is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second degree criminal trespass, and second degree harassment.
He was arraigned and ticketed to appear in town court on January 9.
