City Police arrest Watertown man for Burglary & Petit Larceny
Watertown (WWTI) -- City Police have charged a Watertown man with Burglary and Petit Larceny.
Police say on December 31st, 20 year old Jordan Biccum, Starbuck Ave., broke into a residence at 845 Starbuck Ave. and stole a 32 inch Samsung TV and a 46 inch Sharp TV.
Biccum is being held at the Jefferson County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
