Clayton man arrested, accused of stealing a car and a bank card

Clayton (WTNY) -- A Clayton man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a car and a bank card.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department alleges 23 year old Tyler Fisk stole a vehicle from a female as well as a bank card which he intended to use for his own purposes. Deputies say the incident happened last month. Fisk also allegedly caused $20,000 worth of damage to the vehicle. The charges against him include fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth degree grand larceny, fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree criminal trespass, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

He was arraigned and ordered held on $5,000 cash bail.
