Adams -- Conjoined 8-month-old twin girls from Adams will be surgically separated today at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Allison and Amelia Tucker, daughters of Shellie and Greg Tucker, share their chest wall, diaphragm, pericardium and liver. Lead surgeon Holly Hedrick says doctors expect that after the surgery and a period of recovery and therapy, the girls will be able to, quote, "live full, healthy and independent lives."
