Watertown City Councilman Jeff Smith is back behind the wheel of his pickup after it was stolen from his Keyes Avenue home, according to Mayor Jeff Graham.
The theft took place in the overnight hours.
On Graham's blog,
Mayor Graham's view, he reported that Smith told him the 1998 F-150 Ford was recovered by city police this morning behind the Globe mini-mall building.
