Dekalb fire puts 11 people out in the cold
Dekalb -- The St. Lawrence County Fire Investigation Team is looking into what sparked a fire in an apartment building located at 2901 County Route 17 in Dekalb on Wednesday.
The Red Cross assisted 11 people who were put out because of the fire. One apartment was destroyed, two other apartments suffered from smoke and water damage.
No injuries were reported.
