State police have arrested a Dexter man on multiple charges involving sexual contact with and photos sent to an underage female.
Troopers arrested 19-year-old Robert L. Baldwin of Brainard Street, Dexter on May 8th for one count each of 3rd degree Sexual Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. They allege that Baldwin had sexual contact with a 14-year-old female at the Salmon Run Mall on May 3rd. Baldwin was issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Watertown Court and released.
On Tuesday, Baldwin was again arrested, this time for two counts each of 2nd degree Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police allege that Baldwin sent indecent images via cell phone to the same 14-year-old female. Baldwin was issued appearance tickets returnable to Village of Dexter Court.
Police stated the investigation into Mr. Baldwin's activities is continuing and further charges may be possible.
