Croghan -- A 28 year old Croghan woman was arrested by Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies just before 3am on Monday. Cindy Miller, Beehive Apartments 9768 State Route 812, Croghan, was arrested for 3rd degree Criminal Mischief and 2 counts of 4th degree Criminal Mischief.

According to police, Miller and her boyfriend, 30 year old Phillip Peck, also of Beehive Apartments, had been having a lengthy Domestic Dispute that began on Sunday morning. During the 15 hour marathon kerfuffle, it's alleged that Miller threw multiple items that belonged to Peck at him. One of those items, a bottle of Gatorade, struck and damaged, a 32" flat screen TV.

On June 5th an ambulance was called to Miller's apartment after Carthage resident Michelle Dingman got into a physical altercation with Miller. Dingman allegedly struck Miller numerous times causing lacerations and bleeding from Miller's face.

Miller was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Justice Court and remanded to Lewis County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.
