Ogdensburg -- The St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force arrested two Ogdensburg women charging them both with 3rd degree Criminal Sale of Marijuana.
On May 8, the Task Force conducted an investigation into a specific case of Marijuana trafficking in the Canton/Ogdensburg area. During the investigation, police discovered that marijuana was being transported from Ogdensburg to Canton where it was being sold.
As a result of this investigation, police recovered approx. 3 ounces of marijuana and $2288 in US Currency.
Arrested were, Jennifer Ross, 27 Lafayette St. Ogdensburg and 25 year old Kacie Whitney, Mechanic St., Ogdensburg
They
were arraigned in Pierrepont Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bail bond. Assisting with the investigation were Canton Village, Ogdensburg and SUNY Potsdam Police.
