Watertown -- The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force, Watertown City Police and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant of the "Proprietor's Quarters" of the Relax Inn, 19325 Washington St., Watertown shortly before 6:00 Thursday morning.
Police found 3.5 ounces of Crack and Powder Cocaine, $4,096 in cash and assorted drug paraphernalia. Arrested at the scene was 20 year old Hardik Patel. Patel was charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. He was taken to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building and awaiting arraignment in the Town of Watertown Court.
The investigation is continuing.
