Diana -- State Police responded to a personal injury automobile accident on High Street in Harrisville, shortly after 2am Tuesday. The investigation revealed the accident involved a one-car rollover with one occupant identified as Richard Blundon, 49, of Harrisville, NY.
Blundon was extricated from his vehicle by the Harrisville Fire Dept. and transported to Carthage Area Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
State Police was assisted at the scene by Harrisville Fire/Ambulance, Lewis County Sheriff Dept., Guilfoyle Ambulance.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
