A 17 year old fled from a traffic stop on Wednesday but was caught after a foot chase, according to State Police.
Troopers had stopped Damian Trimm of Ogdensburg on County Route 6 in Oswegatchie for having no license plate lamp.
Trimm exited the 2004 Jeep Liberty and fled into a field. He was found with help from the Border Patrol, Ogdensburg police and the Sheriff's Department.
Trimm is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving a motor vehicle unattended and inadequate plate lamp.
