Former Watertown City Police Chief dies
Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- A former police chief for the City of Watertown has died.
Otis Reff died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse at the age of 64. Reff served as acting police chief for about a year following the death of Chief Robert Piche in April 2005 before current Chief Joe Goss was appointed to the position. Reff served in the department for over 30 years before retiring several years ago.
Calling hours will be held from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm Thursday at the T.R. Jety Funeral Home in Clayton.
