Former YMCA employee charged with stealing over $35,000
A former employee of the Watertown YMCA has been charged with stealing from that organization. Thirty two year old Aimee Patton of Glen Park is alleged to have stolen over $35,000 in funds between February and November 2009. Patton worked as a billing supervisor for the Y's School Age Child Care program. She was fired in November after the money was discovered missing. Watertown Police made the arrest, charging her with third degree grand larceny. Patton was arraigned and released on her own recognizance to face further court action.
