Gasoline drive off results in Petit Larceny charge for Watertown man
Black River -- Robert St. Louis, 42, Walker Ave., Watertown was charged with Petit Larceny after her drove off without paying for $100 worth of gas that he pumped into his vehicle at the Stewart's Shop in Black River.
Jefferson County Sheriff's say the drive off happened Sunday Morning at around 9:30.
St. Louis is to appear in the Town of Rutland Court on March 20th.
