An electrical short in a bedroom light fixture is blamed for a fire that damaged a home in Lewis County Saturday morning.
Firefighters were called to the Glenfield residence of Naomi Gill at 5964 Main street at 7:08 a.m.
The fire started in an upstairs bedroom and spread to the attic and roof area. There was also some water damage to the house.
No one was injured.
Glenfield firefighters were assisted by units from Brantingham and Martinsburg.
