Gouverneur man arrested, Criminal Sex Act With a Child
Gouverneur (WWTI) -- A Gouverneur man was arrested on Tuesday for an alleged incident that took place in 2010.
Tuesday afternoon State Police arrested 23 year old Joshua Bristol, for Criminal Sexual Act 1st and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest involved an act which occurred during the summer of 2010 with a victim who was less than eleven years old.
Bristol was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Court and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
