A Gouverneur teenager was killed and another person seriously injured in a head-on crash Wednesday evening.
State Police say 18 year old Jesse McEathron was pronounced dead at E.J. Noble Hospital following the 11:15 p.m. crash on Route 58 in Fowler.
The other driver, 25 year old Robin Fowler of Harrisville, was taken to E.J. Noble and later transferred to University Hospital in Syracuse.
Investigators say McEathron was northbound on Route 58 and was struck head on by the car driven by Fowler.
The investigation is continuing and the St. Lawrence County District Attorney was notified, police said.
