Gouverneur -- A Gouverneur woman is facing several charges after she is alleged to have had sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with a 14 year old male in January of 2012 and with a 15 year old male in August of 2012.
Police say, 32 year old Casey Garlough also provided the 14 year old male with alcohol in March of 2012.
Garlough was arrested for Rape 2nd, Criminal Sexual Act 2nd, Rape 3rd, Criminal Sexual Act 3rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st.
Garlough was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Town Court and released under the Supervision of Probation to reappear on December 5, 2012.
