Hermon Fire Chief and his brother arrested for grand Larceny
Hermon (WTNY) -- Two members of the Hermon Fire Department, including it's chief, have been arrested on charges of theft.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department has charged 35 year old Christopher Stransky and his brother, 32 year old John Stransky, with third degree grand larceny. The two are accused of stealing over $3,000 worth of items, including copper pipe, from a town owned facility.
They were both arraigned and released on their own recognizance to face further court action.
