Deputies say a Lewis County man was creating a buzz, in more ways than one, Friday in Port Leyden.
Kevin M. Bunke, 37, of Port Leyden was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Toxic Vapors when he was arrested shortly after 4:00 p.m. in downtown Port Leyden.
The arrest followed calls to the Lewis County Sheriff's office complaining of a man huffing paint and harassing people on Main Street in the village.
Deputies said Bunke was found with a can of spray paint and a plastic baggie and a small amount of marijuana.
Bunke was issued appearance tickets for Village of Port Leyden Court.
