Watertown -- Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies arrested an Oswego couple after they tried to return a Hoover Vacuum Cleaner they had previously stolen from Kohl's Department Store.
36 year old Antoinette Rupert, West 6th Street, Oswego and her husband Jeremy, same address, are accused of stealing the vacuum, valued at $229.99, and returning it to the store to get a cash refund.
The husband and wife were charged with Petit Larceny and arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court.
