JCC Students return as Fall Semester begins today
Watertown -- The Fall semester at Jefferson Community College began bright and early this morning.
Karen Freeman of the JCC Marketing and Public Relations Office believes this year's enrollment is slightly higher that 2011. Enrollment numbers are up about 1% from last fall. Online classes are at or near capacity with over 90% of those seats being filled for regular semester and early session classes. Overall, online enrollments are up over 20% from one year ago.
Freeman says military and military-related student population is at about 35% of the JCC Student body for the Fall semester.
