Leray man arrested after falsely reporting an incident
Leray (WWTI) -- A Leray man was arrested after after he called the police Sunday evening and said someone was trying to kill him.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department says, shortly before 6:30 Sunday evening, 39 year old David Buszak was at his home on the Five Corners Road when he falsely reported an incident, telling Police Scott Buszak was there trying to kill him.
David Buszak is scheduled to appear in the Town of Leray Court on December 17th.
