Lewis County Man Arrested on Rape Charges
Lyons Falls -- State Police have arrested 37 year old Patrick Elliott, for Rape 2nd ( a class "D" felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a class "A" misdemeanor).
It is alleged that Elliott had sexual intercourse with a 14 year old girl on Sunday December 9th in the Village of Lyons Falls.
Elliott was arraigned before Town of Lowville Justice J. J. Youngs and remanded to the Lewis County Public Safety building in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.
