A Lewis County man is accused of having unwanted sexual contact with a woman.
The sheriff's department charged 35 year old Charles Elliot of Castorland with sexual abuse and harassment.
The incident happened the evening of September 18th in the town of Lowville, investigators said.
Elliot is free on an appearance ticket answerable in Lowville town court.
