Little League Treasurer in Massena arrested for Grand Larceny
Massena (WWTI) -- State Police have arrested 43 year old Julie Haas of 7 Brothers Rd, Massena.
Haas's arrest on Wednesday follows a nearly three month investigation into money taken from the Massena Little League account during her time as treasurer of that organization. Haas was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree for taking money in excess of $3,000 and was arraigned in the Town of Massena Court and released.
Her next Court appearance will next be in St Lawrence County Court at a date and time yet to be determined.
