Lowville man arrested after throwing a punch in Walmart
Lowville -- Lewis County Sheriff's arrested 38 year old Howard Dennee for 2nd degree Harassment.
According to Deputies, last Saturday, Dennee allegedly punched Jon M. Hardy in the face at the Lowville Walmart.
Dennee will answer to the charge in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
