A Franklin County man is accused of setting three fires in the hamlet of Fort Covington in April and May.
State Police investigators charged 54 year old David J. Rose of Fort Covington with three counts of 3rd degree arson.
Rose was arraigned in Fort Covington court and committed to Franklin County jail with bail set at $25,000.
