A Brownville man has been arrested on a list of charges following a domestic dispute that resulted in the assault of a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Ryan M. Bladek, 32, of Brownville, was arrested and charged with Assault in the 2nd, Falsely Reporting in the 2nd, Resisting Arrest, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd.
It is alleged that Bladek, while engaged in a domestic dispute, threw items at the victim Jennifer J. Bladek infront of their children ages 4, 7, and 9.
Bladek also told deputies that that Ms. Bladek was threatening to stab him and did stab him with a knife, which was later revealed to be false.
During his arrest, Bladek proceeded to punch arresting officer, Deputy Shawn Ryan, in the face while being detained. He also caused damage to the patrol car.
