A Watertown man was arrested after grabbing the private area of a Guilfoyle employee while being treated and transported to the Samaritan Medical Center via ambulance.

It is alleged that 34-year-old Gary A. Collins, of Rutland Street, grabbed the ‘vaginal area’ of the EMT twice for no other reason other than his own sexual gratification.

Collins is charged with Forcible Touching. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Public Safety Building, where he was processed and released after posting $500 bail.

Collins, a man well known to local police for previous arrests for drugs, thefts and assorted misdemeanors, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Possessing Dangerous Contraband while in Prison.

In February, a narcotics sniffing K9 alerted Corrections Officers at the Jefferson County Jail to contraband in Collins' cell. Collins was found to have hidden the items on his person.

Last summer, Collins was arrested for beating a dog to death with a claw hammer (to read that story click here).
