Martinsburg -- Sheriff's Deputies in Lewis County arrested 56 year James Loucks, Route 12 Martinsburg, for unlawful possession of marijuana and 2 counts of falsely reporting an incident.

It's alleged that Loucks has called the 911 Emergency Center of several occasions for non emergencies. Police say on one occasion he called 911 stating that his son had struck in the head with a rock by a third party and on another occasion he called to report that he had been assaulted with a large black piece of metal.

Deputies say neither story was true. When Loucks was placed into custody he was found to be in possession of a clear bag containing marijuana as well as a glass pipe containing marijuana residue.

Loucks is being held in the Lewis County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
