State Police arrested two people Saturday in connection with non-related incidents at the Massena Port of Entry.
Theodore T. Porter, 31, of 1516 State Route 37, Hogansburg was arrested on a Parole Warrant as he attempted to enter the US.
Porter was transported to St. Lawrence County Jail where he’s being held without bail.
Heather L. Square, 22, of 662 Island Road, Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Investigators allege Square was in possession of 7 tablets of meperidine during a secondary inspection by officers of US Customs and Border Protection.
Square was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Massena Court on January 21st and released.
