Massena teen arrested, accused of throwing rocks at cars
Massena -- An 18 year old from Massena has been charged with 3rd degree Criminal Mischief following a report of three male subjects throwing rocks at cars along State Highway 37 in the town of Louisville.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office alleges James Delosh, Jefferson St., Massena threw a rock at a 2010 Jeep owned by Blevins Brothers Inc. of Ogdensburg and dented both driver's side doors.
The Massena teen was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $500 bail or $1,000 bond.
