Mother Nature turns up the heat

(WSYR-TV)-- Wednesday and Thursday will be definite pool or beach days. 

We’ve seen hotter weather before, but daytime highs for midweek will be in the low to mid 90s, and the humidity will make it feel even more stifling.  Wednesday and most of Thursday appear dry at this point.

The heat will break Thursday night with the passage of a cold front.  Some showers will likely accompany the front.  Temperatures will be a good 15 to 20 degrees cooler Friday.

The weekend looks pleasant with less humidity and daytime high temps in the mid 70's under a mix of sun and clouds.
