On February 3
rd, 5-year-old Maddie was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor that claimed her life a few short days later. Since that time Maddie's Mother, Erin Musto has worked tirelessly devoting countless hours to Maddie's Mark, a foundation in her daughters honor which has helped families with children suffering a major illness and raised money to build playgrounds.
Erin Musto's efforts are now being recognized as part of MVP Healthcare's Ultimate Game Changer contest. You can

According to the MVP website the Ultimate Game Changer winner will receive $1,000.
