(WWTI/WSYR) -- Where you live could tell you how healthy you are, as shown through a new report released Wednesday.
The county health rankings from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation look at the health and well-being of people living in counties nationwide.
Counties are ranked based on 25 factors, including smoking, poverty, education, physical activity, access to healthy food, and access to healthcare.
Out of the 62 Counties polled in New York, St. Lawrence County ranked 57th.
Jefferson County was 30th on the list, while Lewis County came in at a reasonably healthy 17th, according to the Foundation report.
