North Country Goes Green Irish Festival Continues today
Watertown (WWTI/WTNY) -- The north country has officially gone green.
The 28th Annual Irish festival continues today at the State Office Building. Last night Dexter native Jacilyn Devine was crowned the 2013 Miss Ireland. Taylor Burrows of Watertown was the Pageant's First Runner Up.
