North Lawrence -- Tuesday Morning at 9:30am, Sheriff's Deputies in St. Lawrence County arrested Jeremey Cyrus at his
residence on Grove St. in North Lawrence for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree, a class D Felony.
Deputies state while executing a Search warrant on an unrelated matter at the residence, they Located two "Glock" 9mm high capacity magazines in the defendants bedroom.
Each magazine was marked as being for Law Enforcement/ Government use only and was loaded with hollow point ammunition. Cyrus was arraigned in Lawrence Town Court and was held $10,000 cash bail. He is due back in court on Monday August 27th.
Deputies are continuing their investigation into the matter and more charges are pending.
