Ogdensburg -- An Ogdensburg man has been arrested following a domestic dispute in which he is accused of biting the victims face.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies say 33 year old William Irvine, Lafayette St., Ogdensburg was arrested for 3rd degree assault, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
Irvine is accused of getting into a dispute with a female, strangling her, biting her face and causing damage to her property.
Irvine was released to the supervision of the probation department pending further court proceedings.
