An Ogdensburg man is accused of breaking into a home, stealing multiple items.
State Police charged 21 year old Caleb L. Rayburn with 2nd degree burglary.
Rayburn was already in St. Lawrence County jail on other charges, police said.
He has at least one previous arrest for grand larceny, according to archives of The Watertown Daily Times.
