Ogdensburg man faces harassment charges for making unwanted calls
Ogdensburg -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 37 year old Jonathan Spooner, Main St., Ogdensburg after he was accused of making unwanted harassing phone calls subsequent to him being advised not to.
According to Sheriff's Deputies, Spooner is scheduled to appear at the Town of Oswegatchie Court at a later date.
