Owens and Doheny debate tonight at JCC
Watertown -- The two candidates for Congress here in the North Country will meet for another debate tonight, this one locally.
Democratic Incumbent Bill Owens and his Republican challenger Matt Doheny will debate each other tonight at Jefferson Community College in Watertown.
Tonight's debate is 7pm.
