Police investigate attempted burglary at Deer River Quick Stop

Denmark -- Sheriff's Deputies in Lewis County are investigating an attempted burglary that occurred just before 10 o'clock Sunday night at the Deer River Quick Stop on Sate Route 26 in the Town of Denmark

Investigators say that the would be Burglar broke out a window in the front of the store which activated the alarm.

As of Monday morning Police were not sure if anything is missing from the Quick Stop.

Anyone who might have information regarding the attempted burglary are asked to contact the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
