A Pulaski man was killed when his car went off the road and hit a tree Thursday morning, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's Department.
Jeffrey C. Woolson, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene on County Route 11 in the town of West Monroe.
Investigators say icy roads appear to have contributed to Woolson losing control of his 1999 Honda Civic shortly after 7 a.m.
