An Ithaca man faces drug charges after a property damage accident in St. Lawrence County.
State Police say 25 year old Martin Nemeth ran into the rear of another vehicle on State Route 56 in the Norfolk hamlet of Raymondville.
The investigation led to Nemeth being charged with marijuana possession, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance not in its original container, and following too closely.
He was arraigned in Norfolk town court and remanded to county jail with bail set at $10,000.
